1. You are responsible for lawful use

Laws governing cameras, audio recording, GPS tracking, and monitoring vary by country, state, and locality, and they change. You — not the seller — are solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you live and where you use a product. If you are unsure whether a particular use is legal, consult a qualified attorney before you use the device.

2. Video recording

Recording video in areas where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy — bathrooms, bedrooms you do not share, changing rooms, and similar spaces — is illegal in most jurisdictions, including when the space belongs to a guest, tenant, or renter. Do not install our cameras in those spaces. Recording your own property's entrances, driveways, yards, and common living areas is generally permitted, but you remain responsible for local rules, including notice requirements for landlords, employers, and short-term-rental hosts.

3. Audio recording — consent laws vary

Federal law and many states allow recording a conversation with the consent of one party. Other states require the consent of all parties. Recording a private conversation you are not part of is illegal in most places. Because our cameras and voice recorders can capture audio, you must confirm your state's consent rule before recording audio and obtain any consent the law requires. 4. GPS tracking

Placing a tracker on a vehicle or asset you own is generally lawful. Tracking a vehicle, person, or device that belongs to someone else — including a spouse, partner, ex-partner, family member, employee, or any other person — without their knowledge or consent is illegal in many jurisdictions and may constitute stalking or harassment. Use trackers only on property you own or with the tracked person's informed consent (for example, a consenting family member or an employee driving a company vehicle under a disclosed policy).

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use products purchased from us to:

  • covertly monitor, record, or track any person without a legal basis or their consent where consent is required;
  • record in any location where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy;
  • stalk, harass, intimidate, or harm any person;
  • intercept communications you are not a party to; or
  • violate any federal, state, or local law.

6. Products we do not sell

We do not sell, and will not knowingly source, products that are illegal to sell or are designed primarily for covert or unlawful use — including signal jammers, covert audio "bugs" and remote-listening devices, stalkerware or covert keylogging software, or entry/bypass tools. Our catalog is limited to lawful security, safety, and privacy devices.

7. No liability for misuse
